Maciej Cwikiewicz

Maciej Ćwikiewicz is a highly educated and experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, venture capital, and business administration.

He holds an MA in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics, an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, and has also studied Venture Capital at the University of California, Berkeley.

Maciej has held various key positions in prestigious organizations, including serving as the CEO at PFR Ventures, CEO at Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy SA, and Director at PwC.

In addition, he has worked as an Investment Director at ARX Equity Partners, Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Maciej has also gained valuable experience in interim management roles such as Restructuring Shadow Manager at KROSS S.A., Integration Coordinator at Sanitec Budfarfor at Sanitec, and Restructuring Director at RUCH S.A.

His early career includes roles as a Trainee at CAIB Poland at UniCredit, Research Analyst at Port of Portland, and Market Research Analyst at PT Elnusa, Tbk among others.
