Mac Reddin is the founder and CEO of Commsor, a company that provides a "Community Network Manager" (CNM) platform to help community teams better engage with their communities.12 He is also the Chief Executive Otter at OnlyPets.34

Reddin started The Community Club newsletter in the early days of Commsor to immerse himself in the community space and test the new product.2 The newsletter evolved into a substantial community that informed Commsor's product development. Even the company's dinosaur logo, mascot, and NFT project originated from a misspelling of the company name in the community.2

Reddin believes in leading with community to build authentic relationships with people in a way that typical customer-facing functions at companies cannot.2 He has found success in building a Community of Practice brand that merges the voices of the community members with the company's voice.2

Prior to founding Commsor, Reddin worked as a Product Designer at Concourse Global, a part of EAB.4 He is based in New York, New York, United States4 and has been traveling to the US for 35 days, visiting cities like Nashville, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, Charlotte, Toronto, New York City, Boston, and London.5
