Maarten Hoekstra

Maarten Hoekstra is a veteran in Commercial and Marketing with over 15 years of experience in FMCG, Renewable Energy, and Consumer Finance. He has a proven track record of driving results in brand development, marketing strategy, marketing automation, website/app design, and entrepreneurship. Maarten holds a Master's degree from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Florida. He is currently appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer at Primephonic, a classical music streaming service. He has also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Zelfstroom, a provider of solar panels and energy storage systems. Before that, he worked as a Business Leader—Prestige Premium & Luxury with Proctor & Gamble. He's also had stints as Marketing Manager at Independer, Assistance Brand Manager at P&G, and interned at Nike Football Department. Maarten loves adventure travel and even cycled through China, Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand on a Sabbatical.
