Lyny Lie

Lyny Lie is a seasoned professional with a background in Business Administration and Management.

She studied at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi dan Sekretari Tarakanita (STARKI) to acquire her academic qualifications.

Currently, Lyny holds the position of Talent Scientist at Home Credit Indonesia, showcasing her expertise in talent management and recruitment.

Her previous roles include Business Development Manager at Impactfirst.co and Head Of Business Development at Impactfind.org, which was previously known as NMS Recruitment.

Prior to that, she served as the Talent Acquisition & People Development Manager at SEKAWAN ABADI PRIMA, PT, demonstrating her proficiency in HR management.

Lyny has also worked as a Human Resources Assistant Manager and Human Capital Executive at PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk, further solidifying her experience in the HR field.

Her early career includes roles as Assistant Compensation & Benefit Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Personnel Supervisor at Kempinski Hotels, where she gained valuable insights into hotel operations and human resource functions.
