Lynne Waldera is a seasoned leader in the field of organization development consulting, known for her practical and data-driven approach.

With a focus on organization culture and leadership in early-stage and high-growth technology companies, Lynne's specialties include Executive Development and Coaching, Organization Assessment and Development, as well as Team Coaching and Development.

Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University and a BA in Psychology from Duquesne University.

Lynne Waldera currently serves as the Founder and CEO of InMomentum Inc, bringing her expertise to the forefront of her own consulting firm. Prior to this, she held the role of Managing Director at Cunningham Communication and was a Partner at Gehlhausen Ruda and Associates.
