With over a decade of experience promoting software products and companies, Lynne transitioned to focus on recruiting, driven by her passion for the people behind tech innovation.

Her diverse roles include serving as a retained search consultant for tech firms, leading internal recruiting teams, acting as a Chief of Staff to a CEO, and overseeing the People function at a global tech startup.

Lynne Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has a background in public relations dating back to her time at Menlo High School.
