Throughout her career, Lynn has held significant positions at Boston Children's Hospital, including President of the Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, Executive Vice President/Vice President of Campaign & Major Gifts, and Senior Director of Major & Principal Gifts, where she played a crucial role in fundraising for child health causes.

Prior to her work at Boston Children's Hospital, Lynn served as the Director of Development at the New England Conservatory of Music, displaying her dedication to both healthcare philanthropy and musical arts.
