Lynn Mione

Lynn Mosca, a distinguished retail executive, possesses over 20 years of experience nurturing highly engaged and results-oriented teams within major American retailers such as Gap, Inc, L Brands, and Levi Strauss & Co.

Having served as the VP of Retail for Benetton USA, Lynn oversaw the company-owned stores across the United States and Canada.

Currently, Lynn holds the role of President at Black Grape Management, LLC, which functions as the franchise company for The Vine Wine Bar Franchises, a concept she introduced in 2009 with locations in New York, California, and an upcoming one in South Carolina.

Lynn's accolades include recognition for her exceptional sales, recruiting, and operational achievements in the retail sector, particularly for her leadership in implementing Structure to Express and expanding company-owned stores at Levi Strauss & Co.

She has demonstrated her entrepreneurial acumen by establishing a scalable wine bar concept, now poised for franchising in 29 states.

Education-wise, Lynn pursued Marketing at Nassau Community College where she obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, and she also studied at Hofstra University.

Her notable past roles encompass serving as the VP, GM at WeWork, VP Retail USA and Canada at Benetton Group, Regional Director at Pacific Sunwear, Director of Stores at Levi Strauss & Co., Regional Manager and District Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., as well as various district-level roles at Banana Republic, Limited Brands, Wet Seal, Inc, Claire's, and Speedo Authentic Fitness.
