Lynn Jones is a knowledgeable Manufacturing and Quality Engineer who serves as the Managing Director at Source in Asia Limited, a prominent outsourcing and manufacturing company in China.

With extensive experience in outsourcing component manufacture globally, Lynn has worked in various countries such as Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Eastern Europe before settling in China for the past 25 years.

Prior to his current role, Lynn held key positions in well-known companies like Lucas Automotive and Methode Electronics, accumulating over 15 years of expertise in the Automotive Industry.

His profound understanding of outsourcing quality components and manufacturing led him to establish a strong Supplier Network in GuangDong, Southern China, over his two decades of frequent visits to the region.

In 2009, Lynn founded Source in Asia Limited, which has grown to be a leading player in the industry, specializing in manufacturing components and products for various sectors including Automotive, Electronics, Marine, and Defence industries.

Lynn's specialties include outsourcing Plastic Mouldings, Mould Tooling, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Keypads, and Cable Harnesses to China, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency and quality for clients.

Educationally, Lynn studied Mechanical Engineering, HNC at Witton Park Secondary School in Blackburn, showcasing a strong foundation in his field.

His diverse professional journey includes roles such as Chief Draughtsman, Project Engineer, Section Leader, and Operations Manager in esteemed organizations, highlighting his versatile skill set and vast industry experience.
