Lynn Gracin Collins, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in talent management, currently serving as the Head of Development Assessment Solutions and Chief Scientist at BTS.

Throughout her career, Lynn has worked with prestigious clients like Salesforce, Pfizer, Merck, EBay, and Accenture, providing expert guidance on organizational issues related to talent management.

Prior to her role at BTS, Lynn held various key positions, including Chief Scientist at SH&A/Fenestra, where she developed innovative practices in selection and assessment based on rigorous psychological and psychometric principles.
