Lynn Gaudio

Lynn Gaudio is a highly experienced HR Business Partner with a passion for developing and implementing global talent strategies directly aligned to business needs. With over 6 years of experience leading the headcount growth at SiriusDecisions from 100 to over 340 employees globally, she has gained expertise in managing and delivering exceptional recruiting, candidate, and new hire experience. As a talent experience consultant, Lynn strives to build effective teams and launch new ATS, develop processes including substantive metrics, and support exciting growth periods in businesses. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources & Organizational Development from Manhattanville College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Iona College.

Prior to her role as a talent experience consultant, Lynn served as the Director of Strategic Talent Solutions at SiriusDecisions, where she led the global talent team and hired over 85 employees annually. Her skills in HR have also been utilized in her previous roles as the Human Resources Consultant- Talent Acquisition & Training at LMG Resources, and Senior Director of Human Resources- Digital and Technology at Condé Nast.

With her extensive experience and impressive HR background, Lynn is an expert in building effective teams and launching new ATS while supporting businesses experiencing growth.
