Lynn Davenport

Lynn Davenport is a passionate advocate for public education, a former Community Development Commissioner, and a podcast host on the OBBM Network.

With a background in corporate health promotion and psychology from the University of North Texas, Lynn has had a diverse career that includes roles at Arthur Andersen, XO Communications, and Raymond James Consulting.

She has served as a Career Coach at Careers In Motion, where she supported jobseekers, and as a Recruiting Manager specializing in IT services and business consulting.

Lynn's dedication to public education led her to run for the Richardson ISD Board of Trustees, demonstrating her commitment to students and teachers at both the state and local levels.

She continues her advocacy work by exposing issues such as the privatization of public education and the impact of edtech contracts on students.

Currently residing in Lake Highlands with her family, Lynn remains an active member of the community, striving to make a difference in education.
