Lynn Baldwin-Rhoades

Lynn Baldwin-Rhoades is a Seattle-based educator with a diverse professional background that includes marketing, copywriting, and leadership development. With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Western Washington University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Elementary Education, and English Language Learners from City University of Seattle, Baldwin-Rhoades is dedicated to creating a learning-rich environment that fosters the development of young minds. She currently teaches kindergarten at Crystal Springs Elementary in the Northshore School District, where she works alongside her mentor teacher to cultivate confidence and skills among her students. Prior to her career in education, Baldwin-Rhoades founded several successful companies, including a marketing consultancy, a leadership development firm, and an online community for women entrepreneurs. She has also held copywriting and proofreading roles at Eddie Bauer and Nordstrom, among others.
