Lynette Xanders is an experienced problem solver for ad agencies and creative leaders with over 20 years of industry experience. She has worked with agencies of all sizes, including Wieden + Kennedy, providing strategies to solve brand, business, leadership, and cultural issues. She is the head of Wild Alchemy, an agency that helps global brands and their agencies create brilliant work through insights and inspiration. Lynette is also an expert in qualitative design, moderation, and analysis, and has given many workshops on creative research, brand thinking, writing briefs, idea culture, and creating one's brand. She has studied Communications/Psychology at Purdue University and has experience as a coach, author, trainer, strategist, and planner for many companies/agencies. She is passionate about winning and helping others reach their goals.
