Lynette Weaver is an accomplished educator and people operations expert with a passion for developing individuals and building a thriving organizational culture. Holding a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University, Bakersfield, as well as a Master of Arts in Education, Curriculum & Instruction from the same university, Weaver has an extensive background in learning and development.

Throughout her career, Weaver has honed her interpersonal and leadership skills while streamlining HR processes and implementing new HR systems. In addition to this, Weaver has expertise in project management, data analytics, and department operations. Her experience working in organizations such as Fullscreen as an Associate Director of Operations, People Operations, has equipped her with extensive insights into enhancing company culture & engagement, directing event planning, and influencing senior leadership.

Weaver’s background in education includes a multiple subject teaching credential from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from California State University, Bakersfield. She has previously served as an elementary school teacher for the Burbank Unified School District and Panama-Buena Vista School District.
