Lyndon Hale

Lyndon Hale is a seasoned creative professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in top-tier global agencies. He holds a 3rd Dan in Kendo from The International Budo University in Katsuura, Chiba, and has a educational background from Cherwell Upper School in Summertown, Oxford. Throughout his career, Lyndon has held various key roles, such as Freelance Creative Director, Art Director, Designer, and Illustrator at Hale Creative, Senior CX & Communications Creative at Campfire Digital Services, Executive Creative Director at Adcreators, and more. Notably, he has also served as a Judge at the 23rd AMY Awards hosted by AIMIA - The Digital Industry Association of Australia. Lyndon has a wealth of experience in leadership positions, having been the ECD APAC Region at Digitas UK, Executive Creative Director at Orchard Marketing, and Executive Creative Director at various other agencies like Imagination, Bullseye, Amnesia Razorfish, Tongue, Wheel / LBi, and more. He has also gained expertise as an Associate Creative Director at Modem Media, and in roles at Electric Ocean, Grapple Group, Cream, among others.
