• Oversaw a department of over 45 permanent staff and contractors, over £7 million in spend, and a managed outsourced infrastructure partner. 
•	Initiated the roadmap to reduce the number of systems from over 70 applications to less than 30 by coordinating a portfolio of large corporate projects with a view to a single source of trusted data. This includes a data management programme with workstreams for a data warehouse, a new reporting/BI solution and a process for introducing and embedding data governance; a unified communications project to introduce Microsoft Lync to replace seven separate telephony providers; and a new human resources system to replace six separate HR systems including HR data, benefits, payroll, training, recruitment and performance.   
 •	Increased department staff satisfaction in 18 out of 22 categories two years in a row by implementing a range of feedback sessions to gather input, introducing more reward and recognition tools, and encouraging input and transparency into department decisions and budget spend.
•	Increased ICT investment by 33% and ICT headcount by half to accelerate project delivery time and migrate from legacy platforms to digital technology; negotiated 200% reduction in payments to infrastructure and service delivery partner.

•	Provided strategic support to business leaders, locally and globally, to reshape the international IT organisation.
•	Influenced and participated in IT initiatives to enable the UK and European business to operate efficiently and effectively, leveraging global systems and domestically based support. This included bringing US based expense systems to the UK with local support, as well as introducing European systems to US based personnel. 
•	Drove progress and completion of global IT projects and local EU projects, including ERP and infrastructure systems, while balancing department priorities with resource constraints and corporate strategy.

•	Oversaw business requirements, change prioritisation, resource coordination, governance, testing and deployment of the winery’s second largest system, a custom Java replacement of a thirty-year-old legacy system, utilised by several departments and across multiple business locations, including production facilities, head office and wineries.
•	Achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification by completing training and by participating and contributing to Lean Six Sigma projects as sponsored by supply chain logistics.
•	Increased warehouse productivity by creating a model for more efficient stocking of product by turnover, which resulted in faster builds for truck deliveries, a reduction in missed delivery windows and a reduction in overtime payments.
