With over 20 years of experience in legal practice, Lynda has dedicated her career to all aspects of executive and employee compensation throughout the corporate lifecycle, particularly focusing on emerging growth companies.
Having transitioned from Boston to Silicon Valley in 2011, Lynda has remained loyal to Goodwin since the inception of her legal journey, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Prior to her legal career, Lynda served as an officer in the US Marines, showcasing her strong leadership skills and commitment to public service.
