Lygeia Ricciardi is the Founder and Principal of AdaRose, a tech-enabled wellness company established in November 2020. Based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, AdaRose focuses on providing convenient self-care solutions for busy individuals through expert-led virtual content and curated self-care boxes delivered directly to homes or offices. Ricciardi has an extensive background in health technology and wellness. Prior to founding AdaRose, she served as the Chief Transformation Officer and Advisor at Carium, and has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Office of Consumer E-Health at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Her experience also includes founding Clear Voice Consulting and working with the Markle Foundation, among other positions in health policy and communications.1
