Lygeia Ricciardi is the Founder and Principal of AdaRose, a tech-enabled wellness company established in November 2020. Based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, AdaRose focuses on providing convenient self-care solutions for busy individuals through expert-led virtual content and curated self-care boxes delivered directly to homes or offices. Ricciardi has an extensive background in health technology and wellness.
