Lydia Staniforth is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse work experience in the hospitality and recruitment sectors.

She pursued her A Levels at Strode's College before furthering her education at Tomlinscote School. Lydia then excelled in her academic pursuits, earning a BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality Management with First Class Honours from Oxford Brookes University. Additionally, she completed a Foundation Diploma in Liberal Arts at the same institution.

In terms of professional experience, Lydia has held various roles at Delaware North, starting as an HR Intern and progressing to positions such as Recruitment Assistant, Recruitment Operations Coordinator, and ultimately, becoming a Media Specialist and Recruitment Marketing Specialist. Her tenure at Delaware North showcases her growth and expertise in recruitment and marketing within the hospitality industry.

Prior to her time at Delaware North, Lydia was involved in different capacities at several prestigious organizations. She served as the President of The Bacchus Society and held the position of Head of Marketing for the Bacchus Society during her time at Oxford Brookes University. Furthermore, she gained valuable experience during her placement years at BaxterStorey and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Lydia also honed her customer service skills through roles as a waitress at various establishments, including Oxford Brookes University, Coworth Park, and Pennyhill Park, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa.
