Lydia Honey is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for the outdoors, physical activity, and providing opportunities for young people to experience the benefits of nature and exercise.
With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and a PGCE in Science with a Biology specialism from Birmingham Newman University, Lydia has a solid educational background.
Her career journey includes roles as a Pilates instructor, Leader in Run Fitness, Teacher of Biology at various schools such as Warwick School and Bromsgrove School, and an Intern at Birmingham Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Lydia has also contributed to organizations such as Ackers Adventure, Snow Camp Charity where she served as the Midlands Programme Manager, as well as volunteering at Jamie's Farm to empower young individuals through outdoor experiences and physical activities.
She has a rich experience leading school trips, coaching sports, and organizing international residential programs aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being among youth.
Passionate about challenging outdoor activities and the positive impact of physical exercise, Lydia Honey continues to be an advocate for youth development and well-being in various capacities.
