Lydia Hascott
Systems change for equity, wellbeing and regeneration
Lydia Hascott is the Interim Program Co-Director at WorkforClimate.1 She has a background in supporting systems change and innovation in various sectors. Previously, Hascott served as the Head of Intrapreneurship at the Finance Innovation Lab in London, where she led a programme to align UK bank financing with just transition goals.24 She completed her role at the Finance Innovation Lab in September 2022.2
Hascott is actively involved in the global New Economy movement and provides pro bono leadership coaching to female-identifying systems change leaders as part of the Collective Impact Programme.1 Recently, she participated in a six-week Introduction to Queer Regenerative Design course with PermaQueer, which she described as fundamentally reshaping her perspective.3
