Luz Deras

Luz Deras is a multi-faceted professional with a passion for education and empowering underrepresented communities. She obtained her bachelor's degree in International Relations and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. With over a decade of experience, Luz has held a variety of roles in different organizations, including an Associate at MacArthur Associates, Service Manager at Stanford Dining, and Associate Director of Programs and Marketing at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Executive Education. Among her accomplishments, she founded Centro Esperanza Academic Program and served as a former Interim Equity Education Coordinator and ACE Center Assistant Director at Castilleja School. Her work in education and leadership development is a testament to her commitment to creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds.
