Paul Blanco, LUTCF

Paul Blanco is the Founder and CEO of Barnum Financial Group, a financial services firm based in Shelton, Connecticut. He has been with the company since its inception in 1991, initially starting his career at MetLife as a financial services representative. Under his leadership, Barnum Financial Group has expanded to over 30 offices across Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, serving more than 250,000 clients nationwide.1

Blanco is recognized for his commitment to financial literacy and the development of innovative financial solutions. He has implemented various programs, including the "Growth Through Innovation" workshops, aimed at sharing best practices within the financial services industry. His firm has received numerous accolades, including being ranked as a “Best Place to Work” multiple times since 2010.1

In addition to his role at Barnum, Blanco has been active in the industry, serving on the GAMA Foundation’s Board of Trustees and contributing to publications focused on financial services leadership and innovation. He has received several awards for his contributions to the field, including the Master Agency Award and recognition from GAMA International for his agency's performance.1

Blanco holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Francis College and is a licensed financial professional in multiple states.1
