Lumka Tshiki is an education specialist with a passion for promoting equal opportunities in quality education, particularly focusing on formalizing Early Childhood Development (ECD) in South Africa.

As a One Young World Ambassador, Lumka Tshiki is dedicated to expanding the scope and impact of ECD initiatives within the South African context.

She holds an impressive educational background, including a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management from Milpark Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, and further studies in Development Finance Honours and a Masters in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.

With professional experience that includes roles as a Client Relationship Manager at Tshikululu Social Investments and previous positions in banking and corporate social investment at Investec, Lumka Tshiki brings a wealth of expertise to her work in the education sector.
