Lumamba holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from ZCAS University, a Certificate of Practice from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE), and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science specializing in Systems Analysis and Design from Copperbelt University.
