Luke Todd is an experienced recruitment professional and former professional football player dedicated to making a positive difference in his field. With 17 years of experience working with major infrastructure organizations in the UK, Todd has gained extensive expertise in senior management and director-level positions specializing in Highways, Rail & Civil Engineering professional candidates. Todd co-founded LTR Executives, a small recruitment and talent acquisition business that upholds two core values: to treat people with respect and speak to them as you wish to be spoken to.

Todd's passion for helping people drives him to provide honest and direct career advice to those seeking support. He studied at Leeds Business School, studying Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA) in Accounting and Business/Management. Todd began his professional career as a trainee accountant at Cairngorm Travel and worked his way up the ranks with notable companies such as Roevin Management Services, Anders Elite, and Corporate Solutions. He also worked as an Assistant Accountant at Arcadia Group and as a Professional Football Player at Liverpool Football Club.
