As a seasoned software developer I help businesses and start ups to design and implement scalable user friendly software and I help software developers to make better software. I architect and design digital solutions from apps to websites to backends and anything in between. I practice a no-fluff, no-BS approach. I get things done by working closely with stakeholders and team members to apply focused technology.
I spend most of my days behind a keyboard were I design and build software systems. I implement REST API's with JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJS. I build user interfaces for the web with React & GraphQL and mobile apps for iOS & Android with React Native. I design databases and high-throughput distributed systems with technologies such as PostgresQL and Apache Kafka. I tame the cloud (mostly with AWS) and I DevOps with Docker & Terraform. I'm a lover of Linux, good coffee and all things open source.
