Luke Schmitt is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background, having studied at institutions including North Park Theological Seminary, Fuller Theological Seminary, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With considerable experience under his belt, Luke has held a variety of roles at Young Life including Independent Consultant at Cultivate CQ, Director of MOSAIC Multiethnic Staff Development Program, Regional Trainer, Associate Regional Director, Area Director, and Staff Associate.
Throughout his career, Luke has worked tirelessly to promote Christian ministry and youth outreach, particularly in urban areas. He has developed strong skills in training, staff development, and multiethnic leadership, and is well-equipped to help communities and organizations to grow and thrive.
