Luke McFadden

Luke McFadden is an experienced executive in the government contracting and consulting industry. As of February 2025, he serves as the Senior Vice President of the Homeland & Justice Division at Gunnison Consulting Group, a position he has held since June 2023.12

Prior to his current role, McFadden was the Senior Vice President of the Civilian Division at Avantus Federal from May 2019 to May 2023.1 He has over two decades of experience in delivering innovative solutions to federal agencies, specializing in business operations, shared services, and IT environments.23
