Luke Holder

Luke Holder is a seasoned accountant and tax professional with over two decades of experience helping businesses and individuals with their financial needs. Luke graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and went on to study at the New York University Stern School of Business. He began his accounting career with BDO Seidman in New York before moving back to Amarillo, TX, to work at Rex Lemert, CPA.

Over the years, Luke has developed expertise in federal and state income taxation for businesses of all industries. He is also skilled in handling federal and state taxation for estates, trusts, and individuals. Additionally, he is experienced in entity selection and formation, retirement plan selection, and higher-level tax planning strategies.

Luke is also a licensed life insurance agent, and he provides life insurance consulting services for various goals, such as survivorship, estate planning, and wealth accumulation. At present, Luke is a partner at Lemert Holder & Ohm, PLLC.
