With over two decades of experience in executive search, Luke's career includes co-founding and selling a high-profile Executive Search firm (SHK Asia Pacific), leading the recruitment business for Australia/NZ, internal recruitment for KPMG, and more. He is the founder and Managing Director of Scale & Swing, a startup specialist recruitment firm, where he helps connect people and businesses to succeed, particularly in building talent, scaling up, and market entry. Luke is also an active participant in the Australian startup community, serving as an angel investor, advisor, and mentor for startups and early-stage businesses. Luke earned his LLB/B.Com in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne and studied MBA at Melbourne Business School.
