Luke Griffin, a Master of Science candidate at Columbia University's School of Social Work, is the current Operations Associate at Rock Health. Before joining the health tech company, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Griffin has an extensive background in healthcare, holding various managerial positions throughout his career. He was previously the Director of Operations at Studio Dental and the Operations Manager before that. Additionally, he founded Boswijck Studio and served as a Senior Partnerships and Resource Network Manager at Healthify, a healthcare startup that partners with organizations to provide efficient and accessible social care services.
At USC, Griffin worked as a Staff Development Specialist and Campus Coordinator for international health initiatives. He was also a Peer Health Educator and Research Assistant for the university's Office for Wellness and Health Promotion and Arnold Molecular Biology Lab, respectively. Before pursuing his graduate degree, he interned at the New York Harbor Veterans Affairs Health System's Brooklyn Campus as an Emergency Department Social Work Intern.
Griffin's experience in healthcare and operations management have made him a valuable asset to Rock Health's team. He continues to seek opportunities to support and advance the health tech industry's growth and innovation.
