This project involved learning everything about the Bootlegger brand- POS systems, SOPs, food production and brand ethos then implementing the brands roots into a new , uncharted province of Old Johannesburg.

We took an existing underperforming hotel restaurant and created a more relevant, refreshed and profitable brand that would be the central training and operations hub for Bootlegger making the rollout of new stores more streamlined and used as the central training point.

I built strong relationships with Franchise partners to ensure continued success of the business over my area of 30+ restaurants.
