Lukasz Liebersbach

Lukasz Liebersbach is an experienced Innovation and Growth Specialist leveraging design thinking methodologies to assist organizations in creating value through empathy, creativity, and experimentation.

With a background encompassing over a decade in design-led innovation, Lukasz is well-versed in addressing the challenges associated with launching new solutions and the significance of customer discovery and achieving product-market fit.

Drawing inspiration from his time at the prestigious Institute of Design at Stanford University, commonly known as The d.school, Lukasz guides organizations through the Design Thinking process, covering aspects such as user research, idea generation, rapid prototyping, and testing.

He actively promotes human-centered design principles by delivering tailored workshops and sharing insights at Innovate UK events. Lukasz has hands-on experience in orchestrating user research studies, facilitating design sprints, and overseeing end-to-end product development projects.

Currently, Lukasz Liebersbach is exploring the application of Design Thinking in driving the shift towards a circular economy. Fluent in Polish, Spanish, and English, he has worked and resided in multiple countries including Poland, Spain, and the UK.

His educational background includes studies at the Stanford Center for Professional Development at Stanford University, a Master of Science (MSc) from Wroclaw University of Technology, and another Master of Science (MSc) from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu.
