Lukas Heinzmann

Lukas Heinzmann is a leadership development enthusiast and co-founder of 'leadery', a Stuttgart-based startup focusing on enhancing leadership skills for businesses of all sizes.

With a background in Economics and Social Sciences, Lukas pursued his education at renowned institutions like Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi', Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Prior to establishing leadery, Lukas gained experience as an Analytics Consultant at Mercedes-Benz AG, a Corporate Development Intern at TRUMPF, and in various roles at organizations like Bocconi Students Private Equity Club, RGE Unternehmensberatung PartG, EY, and DZ BANK AG.
