Lukas Erlebach

Lukas Erlebach is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO of the Berlin-based Joblift, a tech-based recruiting platform. With a rich professional background in e-commerce ventures and top-management consulting, Lukas has led multiple successful companies and teams, including his current position at Joblift, which he co-founded in 2015. Their focus on multichannel recruiting, performance-based strategies, and partnerships with over 4,000 global partners have made Joblift a revolutionary force in the HR market. Lukas has also held Limited Partner at The Fund, Head of Germany at Zalando SE, and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). His education includes Masters in Finance at London Business School, CEMS Master’s in International Management at CEMS, and Master of Business Administration at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and more. With a keen interest in early-stage ventures, scaling, seed-investing and consulting, VC & PE-investment, Lukas's main interests also include skiing that he enjoys as a leisure activity.
