Luka Erceg is a Senior Procurement Leader with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of building successful relationships and creatively addressing complex procurement challenges faced by business leaders. He has a strong background in implementing enterprise procurement programs, policies, tools, and corporate buying processes, as well as transformation and management of existing business operations on the sourcing side, including supplier relationships, category spend/sourcing plans, supplier management, and business strategy. Luka is also skilled in sales and marketing, having developed teams across global organizations.
