Implemented an in-depth audience research study which resulted in a major brand and product alignment to better fit the local audience.  Oversaw the development of tailored marketing and advertising strategies including sales training and promotion campaigns, resulting in an increase of 25% in sales, brand image and an increase in market share to their highest levels in over 20 years. Selected by GE head office to implement similar brand and marketing strategies in other South American countries, including Colombia and Venezuela. to create large scale events from creative conceptualization to final execution. Responsible for
all Chrysler national yearly launches, GE appliances events, Pepsi consumer end promotional
