Luiza Bazan is a researcher and consultant specializing in social and economic development. With a background in Industrial Sociology, Project Evaluation, Competitive Intelligence, and Strategic Planning, she brings extensive experience in leadership, team management, and business strategy. Luiza holds a degree in Administration, specializing in Management and Competitive Intelligence, Business, and Marketing from PUC- Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. She also pursued studies in Development Economics and International Development as a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Development Studies and obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Luiza has held various roles including Gestor de Monitoramento e Avaliação de Programa at Adam Smith International, and positions at organizations such as Navas-Aleman & Co, Sistema FIERGS, and SESI - Social Service of Industry. Additionally, she has contributed as a Professor at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) and worked with the Institute for Development Studies at the University of Sussex.
