Luisa Batiz

Luisa Batiz is a talented Talent Acquisition Consultant who has built a career on identifying talented individuals to fill demanding positions in a variety of industries. She studied at Binghamton University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, as well as at the University of California, Berkeley where she was a PPIA Fellow. Additionally, she has a Master's Degree in Education from the Relay Graduate School of Education. During her career, Luisa Batiz has held a variety of roles, including Director of Recruiting at SchoolHouse and Head of New Leader Scouting at Tinkergarten. She has also been the Director of Talent Recruitment at Ascend Public Charter Schools and has held other notable positions in her field.

Luisa Batiz is also an accomplished 4th and 5th Grade Teacher and Grade Team Leader with a background in after-school programming. She has experience as a Teach For America Corps Member, and she spent time as a Congressional Intern for Senator Gillibrand at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. Her depth of experience also includes a role as a Field Specialist at The After School Corporation, and as a Research Assistant at the School of Management at Binghamton University.
