Luis Santiago, a strategic thinker and expert in operations and sales, has a rich and diverse career history. With a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College and an MBA in Strategy, Finance & Operations from MIT Sloan School of Management, Luis has held several leadership positions throughout his career. At Alumni Ventures Group (AVG), one of the world's most active VC funds with over 20 active funds, Luis is the Sr. General Manager of Open Access Funds & Syndications responsible for overseeing all new product offerings as well as growth initiatives. Luis has also held several other key roles at AVG, including VP & Sr. General Manager, Open Access Funds and VP of Marketing & Community. Luis' previous roles include Director Strategic Initiatives at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Senior Business Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Product Management & Marketing, eBusiness at Endeca among others. Luis also has a fellowship from Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), one of the most prestigious leadership programs in the US.
