Luis Rivera

Luis Rivera is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the military industry. He is proficient in areas such as AutoCAD, Electrical Design, Data Acquisition Systems, Operational Planning, and Command. Luis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Power System from UPR Mayaguez.
