Product Manager on the Operations Product Innovation team focused on various products and workflows impacting Wayfair’s transportation/delivery network. Responsibilities include solving complex logistical/operational opportunities, performing impact analysis, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring quality software delivery.

Achievements:
• Launched 3-day in-home furniture delivery to 20% of the customer base and maintained a 95% on- time SLA.
• Transformed the Wayfair Delivery Network, in a span of 3 months, to a priority-based model that routed items based on the customer promise date. This achievement allowed the Transportation and Warehousing Departments to experiment with new ways to transport goods, allowing Wayfair to exceed customer expectations. This led to an increase in CSAT scores for the first time in several quarters.
• Reduced operations costs by $2MM per year through product excellence initiatives, including software enhancements to stop canceled orders from continuing forward in the Wayfair Delivery Network.
