Luis Benitez is an accomplished IT strategist, with more than a decade of experience driving Digital Business transformation for various global organizations. He is a sought-after expert in designing, developing and executing end-to-end digital workplace strategies using the design thinking methodology. He has a track record of seamlessly integrating disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) into enterprise applications to drive value creation. At Popular, Benitez served as the Vice President of Assisted Banking Experience and formerly as the Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy. He had a successful stint at IBM, where he served as the Product Management Leader for IBM Watson Workspace & Work Services, and the Senior Product Manager for IBM Connections. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
