Prior to his role at Paloneo, Ludolf served as an Investment Principal at Nomura's Laser Digital, specializing in digital assets and overseeing a portfolio of over 10 early-stage investments in Web3/DeFi companies.

His academic background includes a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, where he focused on blockchain technology's role in property rights and economic development, shaping his investment strategies in the blockchain sector for the past eight years.

Ludolf's educational journey comprises a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a Major in Finance from Maastricht University and an exchange semester in Asian Studies/Civilization at City University of Hong Kong, among other qualifications.
