Lucy Lynn-Matern is a multifaceted professional with deep expertise in venture capital, partnerships, business development, project management and market analysis. Her mission is to create a more equitable world by partnering with tech companies that democratize access to opportunity through education. She is a graduate of the University of Sussex, where she excelled in her Bachelor of Science in Human Science program. She also attended Godolphin and Latymer School.

Lucy spent several years as Principal at Emerge Education, an accelerator that funds and supports startups that aim to solve the global skills gap problem. Here she demonstrated her ability to source promising tech startups, support their growth, and ultimately co-create profitable business models. She further diversified her experience as a co-founder of two similar private ventures, Veglo and Bike 2 Basics, both of which helped individuals achieve independence and self-sufficiency. Additionally, at Seatwave, a leading ticketing platform, Lucy managed successful partnerships and marketing campaigns.

Lucy's passion for innovation and social impact extends beyond her professional life. She is an alumna of the New Entrepreneur Foundation and has volunteered as a coach and mentor for numerous social impact startups. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen have earned her significant recognition in the startup community.
