Lucy Guille is an accomplished sales professional with a rich background in relationship management and business development. Lucy began her career at Gartner in September 2014, initially joining the Gartner Events Specialist team. In this role, she played a vital part in organizing and executing over 65 global events aimed at Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and senior IT leaders. These events provided an essential platform for key decision-makers to identify emerging trends, advance crucial initiatives, and develop critical skill sets aligned with their organizational priorities. Here, Lucy distinguished herself by fostering an environment where learning and collaboration thrived, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted resource among her peers.
By 2017, Lucy transitioned into the role of CIO Relationship Manager for the innovative CIOxchange series within Gartner. This new event series was designed to facilitate peer-to-peer connections among CIOs, enabling them to share best practices and experiences relevant to their regional contexts. As a CIO Relationship Manager, Lucy’s primary focus was to cultivate trust-based relationships with her clients, understanding their mission-critical priorities. She successfully connected executives from similar backgrounds and challenges, ensuring that they could capitalize on collective insights while also incorporating support from relevant Gartner colleagues to enhance their leadership initiatives.
In January 2018, Lucy continued her trajectory of success by joining the EMEA Evanta team at Gartner, where she currently serves as a Senior Community Manager. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in fostering leadership development and encouraging collaborative exchanges among elite executives, including those from Fortune 1000 companies across the Nordics, UK, and DACH regions. By helping to create and facilitate a by-CXO-for-CXO summit structure, Lucy is at the forefront of connecting influential leaders, ensuring that they share invaluable insights and resources that empower them to achieve their strategic goals.

Lucy Guille possesses a robust academic background, having studied for a Bachelor's Degree in German and English at the esteemed University of Liverpool.
