Lucy is located in Carlisle and works for Brown & Wilson Steels Carlisle, where she serves as the Area Manager. The company operates as a sales office delivering to the South-West of Scotland and North-West England daily, providing professional services with integrity and honesty. They maintain a diverse stock range and have depots in Dundee, Forth, Rochdale, and Leeds, enabling next-day deliveries. Lucy emphasizes the importance of exceptional service in complementing quality products for sustained business success.

Prior to her current role, Lucy gained experience as a Major Accounts Representative at TNT. Her expertise lies in sales, customer service, account management, and effective communication under stress.
