Lucrecia Carvalho is a seasoned HR professional with education and experience to match. Her impressive resume boasts a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, an eye for talent management, and a passion for employee development. After studying Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos and Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos at Senac São Paulo, she dove straight into the workforce, starting as a Recepcionista at GN ReSound before working her way up to an Analyst at IT2B and ultimately landing at Solução Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho Ltda as an Assistant.
